This wonderful girl came to us when she was found as a stray and her previous owner did not come forward. This is Poppy, a sweet young lab/ shepherd mix puppy who is estimated to be around 11 months old. Despite our best guesses for breed she is a perfect size for many families, weighing in just under 40 lbs. She is now already housebroken, crate trained, spayed, up to date on vaccinations and now ready to find her forever home. She is the perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal dog who only wants to please her people. Don't be mistaken, she is still a puppy who is constantly working on her impulse control! Her primary issue is still excitement when meeting new people but, as I said, she is working hard on keeping all four feet on the ground and containing that puppy excitement. She walks well on a leash and gets along well with other dogs.
